Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park, Kenya
Our professional driver-guide will pick you up from JKIA airport or your Nairobi hotel at 0730 hrs and have a safari briefing.
Leaving the bustling city of Nairobi, we travel south to Amboseli National Park, located at the foot of snowcapped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa highest peak. We arrive at our lodge or tented camp in good time for lunch, relax at leisure and later on embark on evening game drives in the beautiful Amboseli National Park.
We have dinner and overnight at either Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge, Oltukai Lodge or Amboseli Sopa Lodge, Sentrim Amboseli, Kibo Safari Camp or Amboseli AA Camp. Meal Plan: Lunch and Dinner
Day 2: Amboseli National Park - Full Day, Kenya
This day is set aside exploring Amboseli National Park with early morning game drives where the light is perfect at Mount Kilimanjaro background which offers good photographic scenery coupled with the concentration of wildlife on the ground.
We return to the lodge or tented camp for breakfast. We will be free the rest of the morning may be enjoying a dip in the pool or game viewing from the lodge terrace. We have lunch at the lodge or tented camp and in the afternoon have an option to visit the Masai village (Optional extra).
Amboseli National Park is at the foot of Africa highest mountain, 5895m Mt Kilimanjaro, this National Park offers some of the best opportunities to see African animals because its vegetation is sparse due to the long dry months.
Amboseli National Park is home to wild animals, which includes the African elephant, buffalo, impala, lion, cheetah, hyena, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest among other African animals. There are also host of Kenya birds, both large and small, to see if you keep your eyes open and stop at every sighting. We later explore an evening major game drive. We return to the same lodge or tented camp in Amboseli, for dinner and a night under starry skies.Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Day 3: Amboseli National Park to Lake Naivasha, Kenya
We take early morning game drive as we exit Amboseli National Park with the last picturesque of Amboseli. We travel to the Great Rift Valley passing through beautiful scenery as we drive to Lake Naivasha. We arrive in time for lunch at the lodge or tented camp.We spend the rest of afternoon at leisure or we may Opt to do various Optional activities.
Lake Naivasha has numerous Optional activities available;
You may Take a Boat Ride to Crescent island Game Park, Visit Elsamere Conservation Centre, Visit Crater Lake Game Sanctuary, Visit Mt. Longonot for a hike, Visit Hells Gate National Reserve the only Reserve in Kenya where you can enjoy game viewing while riding on a Bicycle, go for a challenging gorge walk, rock climbing, Enjoy a walk around Lake Naivasha or Swimming at the Ol-Karia Geothermal Hot Spa- the choice is yours.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru National Park, Kenya
We take early morning breakfast at the lodge or tented camp. The day starts with an Optional morning boat ride viewing exotic bird life and hippos amid the serenity of this freshwater rift valley lake or we take a bicycle and cycle to the nearby Hells Gate National Park where we explore on foot this canyon as we spot small game.
We later drive to Lake Nakuru National Park which takes 1 hour drive where we arrive in time for lunch at the lodge and later afternoon game drive.
Lake Nakuru is a shallow, alkaline lake where both lesser and greater flamingos can be found in vast numbers, sometimes literally turning the water pink! The birds throng on Lake Nakuru one of the Rift Valley soda lakes that comprises almost a third of the park area.
More than 450 species of birds have been recorded here as well as a rich diversity of other wildlife. The park also offers sanctuary to huge numbers of native African animals including waterbuck, warthog, impala, buffalo, Rothschild giraffe, eland, endangered black rhino, white rhino, tree climbing lion and occasionally leopard.
A large herd of hippos have a territory in the northern part of the lake making for interesting game viewing. These are just some of the animals visitors might see and the landscapes range from sweeping grasslands bordering the lake to rocky cliffs and woodland.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru National Park to Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya
Day 5 of our safari starts with breakfast at the Lodge or Tented Camp. We proceed for an early bird and game viewing drive as we exit Lake Nakuru National Park. We embark on our road passing the impressive Longonot earth satellite station as we head across the valley to Narok.
We continue with our journey across acres of wheat and barley, before reaching our next game viewing destination in the world most famous Masai Mara which plays host to the world greatest natural spectacle, the greatest dramatic wildebeest migration on earth which happens from July through October every year.
We arrive at the lodge or tented camp and have lunch at leisure, before embarking on a thrilling evening game drive in one of the finest wildlife havens on earth. We then return back to the lodge or tented camp where it is time for dinner.

Day 6: Masai Mara National Reserve- Full Day, Kenya
We spend the whole day exploring Masai Mara National Reserve. Our morning and afternoon game drives gives us the opportunity of spotting the BIG FIVE including lion, elephant, leopard, black rhino and buffalo.
We will visit the Mara River which nearly boarders Kenya and Tanzania. Picnic lunch shall be by the Mara River as we watch Hippos and very large Nile Crocodiles who lay in wait for a prey as wildebeest crosses on their annual quest to find new pastures.
Each year Masai Mara plays host to the world greatest natural spectacle, the Great Wildebeest Migration from Serengeti National Park. From July through October, the promise of rain and fresh life giving grass in the north brings more than 1.3 million wildebeest together into a single massive herd.
They pour across the border into the Mara, making a spectacular entrance in a surging column of life that stretches from horizon to horizon. On clear days, the Mara offers fantastic orange tinged sunset well-worth capturing on camera. We overnight at the same lodge or tented camp. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Day 7: Masai Mara National Reserve- Full Day, Kenya
After an early breakfast, we head out for another full day of scheduled game viewing drives. Wherever you go in the vast Masai Mara you will see a frequent amount of wildlife such as Masai giraffe, baboon, warthog, bat eared fox, grey jackal, spotted hyena, topi, impala, hartebeest, wildebeest, elephant, buffalo, zebra and hippo are also found in great numbers.
It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal, or surveying the plains for their next meal. Cheetah and Leopard are harder to spot, but reasonably common with the annual wildebeest exodus, the Great Migration.
Over 450 species of birds have been identified Masai Mara among them 57 species of birds of prey. Optional extra activities charged extra

Day 8: Masai Mara National Reserve to Nairobi, Kenya
Early morning game drive on sunrise when predators are active with morning hunt of big cats.
We will have an opportunity to capture a Lion making a Kill as most of the time Lions Kills very early in the morning before sunrise.
We also experience the beauty of sunrise which reveals the back drop of Masai Mara which means the dotted hills in Maa Language.
We later return to the lodge or tented camp for main breakfast. After breakfast we depart Masai Mara with the last picturesque of the MARA arriving Nairobi late afternoon.
You will be dropped at either your hotel or airport to connect with your home bound flight depending on the arrangements where the safari ends. Meal Plan: Breakfast
